Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Charges for shipping are calculated at the time of checkout, and are based on weight, size and destination. We offer USPS shipping – Express Mail and Priority Mail. If you prefer to use UPS or FedEx, please contact customer service prior to completing the order.
All packages will have a confirmation number and tracking.

Shipping is available only to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
In the event of a package arriving damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, preferable less. This is necessary in order for us to pursue this problem with the courier service. Please retain the original packaging or refuse the delivery if the package is obviously damaged.


Returns and Refunds and Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee, for items that are not worn, opened, or altered in any way.

For an exchange, refund, or store credit, you must make this request by written communication via email or letter mailed or faxed to us, or by phone call, and must return the merchandise to us within 14 days after the shipment is received. Ship the item back to us via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking information provided to us and we will happily refund you the cost of the item. The customer is responsible for the shipping to return the item for refund, exchange or store credit. If an exchange is requested, we will pay for the shipping of the new item.

Once the product has been received, a refund will be issued either to your credit card company, as a check, or as store credit. If you would prefer store credit for a refund, please specify this when notifying us of your return.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to exchange to item for a different size, color or a new item, please notify us by email, by phone, or by mail or fax according to the instructions stated above. Send the item back to us with your request for an exchange, as stated above, and we will send you the new item.

Warranty Procedure:
If there is a problem with a product according to the manufacturer’s warranty, please notify us as stated above.
