By using our website as either a visitor (browsing our website) or as a member (you have registered as a user of our website), you are agreeing to adhere to the Conditions of Use Agreement.
It is our goal to protect the privacy of children. All users who register with our website must be 18 years of age or older.
Gift certificates:
Gift certificates are available in the gift certificate category. Once purchased, gift certificate will appear under ‘my account’ > ‘view my gift cards’. You may then select ‘email to a friend’ to give to a friend and/or family member. If you would like the gift certificate mailed to a friend or family member, please provide the name and mailing address in the comment box during checkout. Discount codes may not be used for the purchase of gift certificates.
Ordering
Orders will be fulfilled within two business days of order placement, likely sooner than that, unless an item is ‘out of stock’, in which case we will contact you within one business day of placing your order. Orders do not ship until payment is received. Credit cards are charged on the day the order is shipped. Sales tax (if applicable), and shipping and handling fees are tabulated at the time the order is placed.

Online ordering is convenient and safe and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once items are selected and put into the shopping cart, tax (if applicable), shipping and handling fees are tabulated.

We accept VISA and MasterCard at this time.
Debit Cards follow the same procedures as credit cards.
Credit Cards/Debit Cards are not charged until order is shipped.
We will ask for the credit card/debit card account number, the expiration date, and the CVV number (three or four digit code) on your card. This provides an extra level of security in case your credit card is being fraudulently used.
Order Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel an order, please notify us of an order cancellation as soon as possible, with in 24 hours of placing the order. If order cancellation is received after shipping, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Out of Stock/Backorder Policy:
Stock balances fluctuate throughout the day as items are being sold and replenished. If an item is identified as ‘out of stock’, it has likely been re-ordered and will likely be available within two weeks. The item can be special ordered, or ordered on backorder. The exceptions to this policy are for specialty items, which are one of a kind, handmade items, based on material availability, or if an item is being discontinued. In the case of specialty items, the item will be re-ordered, but the new item may not be the same color or pattern. These types of items are noted in the product description.
We will notify you if the item you ordered is ‘out of stock’. We will first try emailing you a notification, and giving a 2-day window to respond. If we have not heard from you, we will try calling you at the numbers you provide with your order.
Packaging:
It is our goal to use the most recycled, reusable, or recyclable earth-friendly packaging options available to us. You will notice that many of our packaging supplies have been used before. When new packaging materials are necessary we have chosen supplies with the highest post-consumer recycled content and/or biodegradable options available to us. Please re-use the shipping materials we send your items in, or recycle if they cannot be re-used.

Product descriptions, images, graphics, and pictures may not be used without prior written consent. Mountain Green Goods logo is the property of Mountain Green Goods, LLC and is protected under copyright and trademark laws and rules, and may not be used without prior written consent.
Returns and Refunds and Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee, for items that are not worn, opened, or altered in any way.
For an exchange, refund, or store credit, you must make this request by written communication via email or letter mailed or faxed to us, or by phone call, and must return the merchandise to us within 14 days after the shipment is received. Ship the item back to us via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking information provided to us and we will happily refund you the cost of the item. The customer is responsible for the shipping to return the item for refund, exchange or store credit. If an exchange is requested, we will pay for the shipping of the new item.
Once the product has been received, a refund will be issued either to your credit card company, as a check, or as store credit. If you would prefer store credit for a refund, please specify this when notifying us of your return.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to exchange to item for a different size, color or a new item, please notify us by email, by phone, or by mail or fax according to the instructions stated above.
Send the item back to us with your request for an exchange, as stated above, and we will send you the new item.
Warranty Procedure:
If there is a problem with a product according to the manufacturer’s warranty, please notify us as stated above.

You are not responsible for shipping if there is a problem with the merchandise and are in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Sales Tax:
Orders that are shipped within the state of Colorado will be charged the following sales tax:
Orders being shipped to the greater metro Denver area: 7.72%
Orders being shipped to locations in Colorado outside the greater metro Denver area: 2.9%
No sales tax is charged for orders placed within the United Sates, outside of the state of Colorado
Shipping:
Charges for shipping are calculated at the time of checkout, and are based on weight, size and destination. We offer USPS shipping – Express Mail and Priority Mail. If you prefer to use UPS or FedEx, please contact customer service prior to completing the order.
All packages will have a confirmation number and tracking.
Shipping is available only to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
In the event of a package arriving damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, preferable less. This is necessary in order for us to pursue this problem with the courier service. Please retain the original packaging or refuse the delivery if the package is obviously damaged.
Updating Your Personal Information:
If your personal information changes, you can update your account on the website by going to the ‘my account’ tab.
